Bread and Oil Charcuterie LLC is ServSafe Certified, Licensed by the Kent County Health Department, and I run by business out of the Incubator Kitchen at the Grand Rapids Downtown Market.

Welcome to Bread and Oil Charcuterie. By placing an order or booking a workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ordering and Payment

  • Booking: Orders are not considered "confirmed" until payment is received in full or a deposit is made as specified at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 14 days' notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a fee to cover the cost of fresh ingredients.

2. Food Safety and Allergies

  • ServSafe Standards: We are ServSafe certified and we prioritize food safety and follow professional standards to ensure the quality of our products.

  • Allergen Notice: Our boards contain or may come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, dairy, wheat, and honey. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an "allergen-free" environment.

  • Consumption: For optimal safety and freshness, charcuterie boards should be consumed within two hours of delivery or pickup, or kept refrigerated at or below 41°F until served.

3. Ingredient Quality

  • Natural Ingredients: We are committed to using high-quality, natural ingredients and do not use artificial colors in any of our products.

  • Seasonal Availability: Because we focus on fresh, seasonal produce, specific fruits or accompaniments may vary based on market availability.

4. Liability

  • Bread and Oil Charcuterie is a registered LLC in the State of Michigan.

  • We are not liable for any illness or injury resulting from the consumption of our products once they have left our possession, particularly if food safety guidelines (regarding temperature and timing) were not followed by the client.
