Charcuterie Classes

These classes are perfect for corporate events, bachelorette parties, or a great excuse to get your friends together for a fun time of fellowship.

The Masterclass Experience: $85 per person

Included:

  • The Education: Spend 30 minutes learning about different meats—and how to display them, cheeses—and how to cut and place them, textures, and why local honey is the ultimate charcuterie "bridge."

  • Interactive Stations: Build your own dipping oil to enjoy at the class at our Signature Bread & Oil Station and sample some fun cheeses at our Signature Pairing Station, where you’ll taste and test flavor combinations like a pro.

  • The Take-Away: You will build a beautiful, full-sized 13" charcuterie board to take home and share (or snack on yourself).

  • The Guide: You will receive an exclusive "Bread and Oil Masterclass Handout" summarizing everything we covered, so you can easily recreate the board at home.

Each guest will get 5 specialty cheeses, 20 pieces of salami, 2-3 edible flowers, fresh herbs, honey & a honey dipper, and a 15% off coupon for any of our signature boards.

Fillers: Seasonal fresh fruit, pickles, olives, jams, nuts, dried fruit, a sweet treat, specialty spreads/dips, crackers and bread.

The Social Build - $50 Per Person

Included:

  • The Experience: This is all about the joy of gathering. You and your friends or coworkers will build your own delicious boards in a relaxed, social atmosphere.

  • The Tips: While you build, I’ll circulate to share my favorite "tips and tricks", showing you how to make your display look as good as it tastes.

  • The Take-Away: You leave with a custom 13” board you made yourself and the experience of a great night spent around the table.
